Easy Pancake

If you think cooking is hard, think again! Or actually, don’t bother thinking. Just go get some bananas and eggs, and try the simplest pancakes on Earth!


  • one banana
  • two eggs
  • olive oil/butter for pan

*optional: 1/8 tsp baking powder, cinnamon, cacao powder, honey

  1. Mash the banana first. Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl.
  2. Mix the banana and eggs to form a batter. Add in baking powder for fluffier pancakes, cinnamon or cacao powder for some flavor if you wish.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and pour in the batter. Cook for a minute or so on one side, then flip on the other side and cook until slightly golden.
  4. Serve with some fruit, sprinkle with raw honey or anything else you want!


Nutrition: On one side, eggs are a great source of protein with a complete range of amino-acids. They’re also high in vitamins, including Vit. A for radiant skin, Vit. B2, B12, for your metabolism and nervous system, Vit. D for healthy bones…. the list is endless! On the other side, bananas give you that extra fiber for proper digestion. This fruit will help maintain your blood sugar and energy stable, while being a natural remedy to improve your mood!
